Hello Ms. Thu Hien, We enjoyed our visit to Phu Quoc Island and were satisfied with our accommodation there. There were a few small problems with our bungalow at the Thanh Kieu resort (for example the lock on the back door of the bungalow was faulty) but the staff were friendly and helpful (we told the staff about the lock and somebody came to fix it straight away), they did all they could to make our stay comfortable and so we were felt that all in all Thanh Kieu was very good. The beach near Thanh Kieu was beautiful and clean, we noticed at other resorts, the beach was not as nice and so all I can suggest is that if they maintain this standard then they will continue to have satisfied guests. ... Our trip was fine and well organized, hotels were
goods especially at Hoi An and Hue, Halong Bay trip
was exceptional, thanks ! We had also a wonderful
weather ! The guides were good and nice also even if
their french sometimes not so good.
